 This new version brings with it a number of exciting enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations that are sure to enhance your industry-leading open source contact center experience. 


OMniLeads 1.28 is here! Here's a look at some of the new features and fixes you'll find in this release!


Made a fix to CRM parameters: We have fixed an issue affecting users when using special characters in CRM parameters. Now you can enjoy a smoother and more seamless experience when interacting with the system. 

Correct Missed Call Logging: Missed calls are now correctly logged in the Webphone Activity. This ensures that no call goes unnoticed and that you can effectively follow up on all interactions with your customers. 

We now have a new group filter in the agent list view: We have added a new group filter that will allow you to organize and view your agents more efficiently. This will make it easier to manage your team and give you more flexibility in assigning tasks and monitoring their performance. Call Scores Report Enhancements: 

We have made a fix to the call score report when the Global/Personal Callback options are displayed. Now you will be able to have a clearer and more precise vision of the actions carried out after each call, which will help you optimize your follow-up strategies. 

Modified in the recording module: We have made modifications in the recording module to show the editions of the disposition of calls in a specific contact number. This gives you more context and allows you to have a complete record of interactions with each customer. Minor fixes in the call disposition report: We have fixed small problems in the call disposition report when displaying the results. Now you will be able to obtain precise and detailed information about the dispositions of calls made.

We have fixed a problem in the roles module when applying permissions from another role. This ensures that users have the correct permissions according to their role and responsibilities in the system. Don't miss your chance to discover all these amazing features and improvements!
